Our goal

Our goal is to improve patients' treatment options for them to get a better quality of life.

Our most important fields of work

  • Research
We conduct research into causes and treatment of functional disorders. The research activities at the clinic are based on an interdisciplinary approach to functional disorders. We have a dynamic, open and very active research environment with professional discussions and collaboration between various disciplines and subject areas. • Treatment
The Research Clinic has since 2005 been treating and assessing patients. We treat 200-250 patients every year. Many of our patients participate in research projects. In 2010 the clinic received 374 referrals and 230 of these patients were taken in for treatment. Click here to view the latest patient satisfaction survey.

  • Training
We participate in education and continuing education of medical students, fully-trained doctors, GPs, social workers, case workers and psychologists. We work towards extending our range of education activities to include nurses, physiotherapists and chiropractors.
